Review: A colour inkjet printer for A4 and A3 is not going to be small. This Epsom printer is a reasonable size considering the size of A3 paper passing through and being printed on in full colour. The print quality is pretty good for a product that is only a few hundred pounds. The mechanical aspects of the design imply to me that medium term reliability will be good. Paper loading and ink cartridge changing are both easy.

Review: The print quality is fairly good but the ink lasts nowhere as long as I'd like. You spend 25% of the cost of the printer each time you buy a standard refill pack, and I get through one pack every few months, so if you print colour regularly you quickly end up spending more on ink in a year than the printer cost. It doesn't help that the chip only monitors how many pages you've printed, not the ink level itself, so it will tell you the cartridge is empty when there's still ink audibly sloshing about in there. I'm now selling this printer and getting a laser instead, which are both better print quality and cheaper in the long run. On the plus side I can't fault the setup and hardware, they all worked fine out-the-box.
