Review: I bought this pack of three coloured inks from Crazy Kangaroo back in the summer. Six months later, I have returned all of them to the seller, and have only been given a refund for two of the three. Each cartridge has shown errors in my printer – either not being recognised or showing as almost or entirely empty. At first, CK seemed to be very helpful suggesting trouble shooting steps and sending a replacement for one cartridge. However, over 6 months later, I’ve still not printed one single page and (had Amazon not provided a discretionary refund) I would be out of pocket by £7.52. A couple of months ago, having ordered cyan and magenta cartridges from other sellers but still having the yellow one provided by CK, this yellow cartridge was showing as “very low ink”. I asked CK if I could return it, but they said that they believed it was an error with the sensors in my printer and asked that I continue to use it. I expressed concern about what would happen if the cartridge showed as actually empty in a month or so – the printer won’t print anything when any one of the cartridges is empty. They reassured me that the cartridges had a 24 month warranty. Recently I tried to print something and the yellow ink showed as empty, so the printer would not print. I asked CK if they would refund the cartridge under the 24 month warranty. At this point they told me that the warranty was only for 6 months, and that 6 months had just expired. They advised me (again) to contact Epson, which I had already done several times, and whose final advice was simply to replace the cartridges. I have returned the cartridge to CK and they have refused to provide a refund and have said they consider the matter closed. I have persevered for over 6 months to try and get my printer working and have still not printed a single page using any of their cartridges.
