Review: Edit 2 Recent update has enabled microphone using the dongle, what’s not to love! Edit: Nearly 12 months after purchase and still going strong. Unsure about the many recent reviews stating they don’t connect. I’ve connected to my iPhone (Bluetooth), ps5 (dongle) and my pc (Bluetooth and dongle, dongle sounding better but sometimes need the mic so switch to Bluetooth) with no issues. The only device they don’t connect to an Xbox series X, Xbox don't support Bluetooth or USB audio connections unless Xbox approved, which these aren’t, (along with many other headsets). Original review All the reviews I've seen for these so far have been for free products through Vine, these have been bought and paid for Quite impressed with these little earbuds, the sound quality is better than I expected and the battery life hasn't let me down. I've used these for a few hours every night for two weeks and only had to charge the case once as it was down to 2 (out of 5). The included dongle has a decent range but as you move further away crackles can happen occasionally. I have mine plugged into a PS5 at the other side of the room to my sofa, whilst it does work, I tend to use the included extension cable to get the dongle closer to me. This is stil a few metres away from where I'm sat. I cannot hear any noticable delay between the screen and buds using the dongle, I haven't tried just using the PS5's built in bluetooth. I have sent back 2 well reviewed headphones before settling on these, the Bayerdaynamic Lagoon and B&W PX7, and I much prefer the sound on these buds. The case is metal and feels premium, the buds are light and fit securely. These earbuds do not have active noise cancellation but the passive isolation is good. My only negatives: They came with 3 large tips and only 1 of the next size down. The microphone works but is a bit weak. As other reviews have mentioned, the microphone doesn't work when using the dongle but it does work when using bluetooth. This doesn't bother me personally but may be a negative to others. Equaliser only appears to work when connected to the PC. I'd read somewhere that you'd set the EQ on the PC and it would store on the device. This doesn't appear to be the case.
