Review: Da ich wenig Platz auf dem Schreibtisch habe hatte ich schon zuletzt einen Monitor mit eingebauten Lautsprechern, der nun nach ca. 15 Jahren aber einem größeren Modell weichen sollte. Der Eizo liefert eine top Bildqualität im Office-Bereich, fürs Gaming wäre er für mich akzeptabel, da bin ich aber kein Maßstab(!) und sieht für mich ordentlich aus. Mein Gerät hat en einer Stelle in der schmalen Kunststoffumrandung eine optische Auffälligkeit in Form einer minimalen Aufhellung. Das würde mich nicht interessieren, deshalb Verarbeitung ok, sicher gibt es aber auch Käufer, welche dieser minimale Mangel, wenn er denn Standard wäre, stören könnte. Was für mich zu einem echten k.o.-Kriterium wurde sind die Lautsprecher. Meine Erwartungshaltung bzgl. der eingebauten Lautsprecher war nicht groß, ich erwarte keinen bassstarken Surroundsound oder Vergleichbares. Wenn aber über alle Kanäle nur bei maximaler Lautstärke an allen Stellen (Wiedergabe-SW, Windows, Monitor,...) eine vertretbare Lautstärke zu erzielen ist und dabei der Sound wirklich nur komplett nach Plastik klingt, dann war das für mich schon sehr enttäuschend. Da war mein alter, ebenfalls günstiger Monitor bereits um Klassen besser. So hatte ich mir das bei Eizo nicht vorgestellt. Da habe ich in Summe ein für mich passenderes Display gefunden, wenn ich auch großer Eizo Fan bin. Wer Platz für Extraboxen hat oder die Lautsprecher eigentlich nicht braucht erhält aber einen Monitor mit sehr guter Bildqualität im Officebereich für faires Geld.
