Review: Through drilling at work I noticed my skin was looking a bit de-hydrated and assumed the pores were probably being plugged. Tried this out and I'm quite amazed at how effective it has been in re-hydrating the skin, I use it with distilled water so I can maximise the lifespan of the device. It also feels quite therapeutic too and helps my sinuses when I breathe the steam in through my nose.

Review: The media could not be loaded. This arrived in a white branded box with images and product details on the outside; the box opens at the top with the instructions and guarantee in a plastic pack. The steamer is held between bespoke compressed cardboard with the three pin plug to infinity connection lead in a cut-out section on the top, and both are covered and protected with plastic sleeves. First impressions: this is a simple well designed compact unit, the water supply clips into the back easily with no awkward release catches to deal with, and the water bottle is fixed making up part of the outer case creating a single unit to remove and replace, the bottle has a screw top and is easy to fill with either 12, 6 or 3 minutes of steam supply respectively. The control is a single slide switch on the front either on or off. The front panel lifts up for steam supply when in use and folds back when not in use, and I thought the overall design and look very nice and certainly concentrating on simplicity. The instructions come in six languages sectioned off with English being the first one. The instructions are clear and easy to follow along with detailed diagrams and pictures to walk you through the setup, process, and usage along with safety instructions. Both my wife and daughter have been using this since it arrived following the instructions and on the whole have been impressed with it. My daughter being a teenager and the inevitable breakout of spots now and again said it was very good for opening up her pores and really good for deep cleaning and cleansing. My wife thought it really good for removing makeup and leaving her face nice and refreshed. Both my wife and daughter thought a more adjustable angle for the steam release would have been better as they need to adjust their height to the correct angle to get the steam flowing to their face. Overall a nice simple and compact design that is easy to use, it performs its intended task perfectly. The only very minor issue is not having a more adjustable steam dispensing direction.
