Review: FAB love everything about this vacuum. It’s so quick to use, the stand means it’s charged ready all the time. Uses less electric. It’s got great attachments. It’s easy to empty once you get the hang of it. Love it.

Review: When it's working, this vacuum is fine. I don't find it any better than some others I have used. Mine broke. Dyson made it impossible to get any kind of support to help fix it. After basically being ignored by customer support, I have decided I will never buy a Dyson product again. When I pay a premium, I expect that premium extends past the product to the customer experience. Given how poor my customer experience has been, I see no need to pay for a vacuum that isn't any better than many other vacuums.
