Review: In have used a Dymo LabelWriter 400 Turbo for over 12 years. It has sat on my desk and provided excellent service for all that time connected to my iMac. Sadly with the latest version of MacOs 13 the Dymo software is no longer supported so I had no option but to upgrade to the latest LabelWriter Turbo which is the 550. I so wish I hadn't! The software which is supposed to be the latest and best has actually removed the main feature which I use. If you are using MacOs you can no longer access your Apple Contacts directly for printing address labels. This is INSANE! The platform is now heavily slanted agains MacOs and I am bitterly disappointed that this was not flagged up. How on earth can an 'upgrade' prove to set users back to the functionality of more than 10 years ago. Disgraceful.
