Review: The dryer was delivered quickly. I was sent a delivery date and time. Customer service contacted me with a small change and upgraded my dryer. I am very pleased with the dryer, it is quiet and drys very well. Could not fault this company.

Review: I have had this machine now for about 2.5 years, it has functioned well in that time. My only gripe would the filter, which collects fluff has worn out - due to normal use after this time. I have been through a lot dryers in my lifetime, and this is the first time EVER I had to pay to replace a filter on my dryer. I did phone customer services , the first time I spoke to them they hung up on me , on explaining the problem. I phoned them again , and stated the problem, making sure that they had my number if I got cut off, and they did the same again. This is very dissapointing , as I have purchased a range of Samsung Products - Multiple phones, washing machine, dryer, American Friddge Freezers, and will be considering other vendors next time. Also , the new design of the item, is again designed to fail as well. Very disapointing, as we are living in an age where we should also be environmentally friendly.
