Review: It’s small, and the coffee is fine, but the Piccolo is so annoying to use! I bought this to replace my Jovia machine which I loved. This guy has no power switch - the power comes on when you insert a pod. Trouble is when you come back next time the drawer often refuses to open and you have to wait two or three minutes before it gives you permission to go ahead (you hear a click). I also like to add more hot water as the coffee cools, but you have to lift the lid and fiddle with the tray to turn the machine on again. Guests can’t make coffee in the morning because they can’t figure out how to use this machine! Frustrating!
