Review: Great seller. Arrived perfectly on time, thank you. The quality of this vacuum is reflected in the price. On the plus side, very light but completely pointless as it is nearly impossible to push around. The wheels just don't glide so two strong arms are required to move it. Really, really difficult moving it against the weave of the carpet. The pick up on carpet is poor as well, requiring repeated pushes over the same area. It is better on hard uncarpeted floors. The stairs tools are very good and the pick up better for some unknown reason. Wouldn't recommend though. Will have to buy a new more well known brand soon as I have a bad back and have to rely on hubby to Hoover now. So sorry not to be more positive.
