Review: Super fast and very sharp - as someone used to prime lenses I'm very impressed with the results. Also lightweight and easy to carry - even with the lens hood attached. The f4 aperture has been no problem when shooting in low light, and I've had surprisingly good results on high ISOs. The construction and handling of the lens is superb - I've been taking pictures out in the rain several times, with no additional lens protection (just the lens hood attached), and despite the amount of water I've had zero issues with it and my Canon R6. It is a real workhorse. In conclusion - you really get what you pay for here, the quality is outstanding. Great piece of kit.

Review: Per me è un ottimo compromesso tra luminosità massima e peso/ingombro. Lo stop in meno rispetto alla versione più luminosa viene "assorbito" dalla buona gestione ISO della R3. La resa ottica è molto buona, l'autofocus è molto veloce e l'IS consente di scattare bene anche con pochissima luce. Consigliato! Però una stella la tolgo perchè Amazon ha sbagliato: per la spedizione hanno messo la scatola dell'obiettivo dentro ad una busta di carta, neanche imbottita, e fine. Con il risultato che l'imballo originale aveva due bozzi, che per fortuna non hanno danneggiato l'obiettivo. Non è la prima volta che vengono scelti imballi inappropriati, ma nonostante le segnalazioni continuano a fare questi errori. Si dirà "ma tanto c'è l'imballo orginale che protegge il prodotto". Vero, ma visto che l'ho pagato, voglio che anche l'imballo arrivi intonso. A maggior ragione per un obiettivo da 1700€, che in caso di rivendita perde molto valore se l'imballo originale non è a posto.
