Review: Habe das Produkt eingebaut und hat 2 Tage gedruckt. Dann ist die Patrone am Antrieb gebrochen. Habe bei meinem Leasinggeber schnellstmöglich ein anderes Gerät geordert. Ist nun das Nachfolgemodell in welchem diese Patrone nicht mehr passt.. Nach Rücksprache mit Händler hat der nach 2 Emails nicht mehr geantwortet. Er wollte mir eine neue schicken und nachdem ich ihm gesagt habe dass ich das alte Modell nicht mehr brauche, sondern eher den Nachfolger bräuchte kam keine Antwort mehr. Ich meine mal ich hätte auch kein Problem damit gehabt was dazu zu bezahlen, aber nicht antworten nenne ich einen sehr bescheidenen Kundenservice. Nie wieder bei diesem Lieferanten....
