Review: Unfortunately not one of the better customer experience of dealing with Amazon, intermediate seller / brother. Printer is slow / Scan to email and scan to folder times out when more than one page / printer keeps jamming - result is not operational Various support articles read, actioned and no resolution - various questions on phones / web chats / emails answered Been chasing above three parties since June, intermediate seller continues to push you to Brother. MFG Brother wish to make an A-Z triage multi times over before they will consider sending an engineer out... Customer gets stuck in the same loop answering the same questions to Brother / Intermediate seller / Amazon.... We make calls to brother repeat all of the same and cannot move forward due to Brother wanting to make more diagnostics In the meantime printer remains unresolved with no outlook on engineer visit or collection RMA Disappointing that we have to leave feedback, seller has now resorted to dictating to client and is not offering solution.... apart from Phone brother and waste more time.
