Review: Pretty amazing for such a lightweight and manoeuvrable vacuum. I have a three storey house and have one downstairs and one upstairs...that seems to work fine and I've never run out of charge. Great for stairs and the attachments really add value, although they can be a bit fiddly to attach/ separate and also to rehouse...there is a definite knack to it! Only downside is the small capacity of the waste space. but I just empty more often and it's easy to see when it needs doing. Great value...I LOVE it.... so happy to be rid of my heavyweight vacuum.

Review: The 'Rate Features' for this don't allow you to give it 1 star for fussiness. It blocks up easily in two places - the tube from the head to the main body and and in the inlet to the dust box. You can only tell (as others have said) when you lift it up and the head drops all the bits that couldn't be sucked in. The brush roller tangles frequently (a feature of most uprights, I suppose), the capacity is even smaller than it seems (and that's small!) and it never stood up properly. Now it doesn't stand at all because the 'click' point has gone. The hand held bit is ok, nothing impressive. So overall, Yes, it's light, but that's not a reason to waste £200. (We bought it for £160). We then bought a Miele cylinder vacuum cleaner for £179. It's 10x the cleaner this Bosh one is. I didn't bother registering the purchase with Bosch, but I'm going to let them know what I think anyway.
