Review: Unfortunately the ASUS WRX80E-SAGE SE WIFI motherboard has the CPU mounted at 90 degrees to other Threadrippers, meaning that this cooling fan is 90 degrees to the airflow. I would prefer to see a direct line of airflow through the system. The distance from the cooling fins is very tight, meaning that the fins are almost touching the RAM. Very close, like less than a millimetre. Not the best for a Threadripper Pro. Look for an alternative.
