Review: Works fine with creating backups and ripping of Blurays. Reads DVDs without issue so far. Only issue is the stand, it can't be reversed, and as it leans to one side (for stability) it limits the positions you can use it in. If you lay it flat, it's quite noisy, so using the stand is almost required.

Review: The unit arrived unsealed with finger prints, scratched;. certainly a returned unit. It wasn't recognised by my Macbook and it didn't play Blueray or DVD's with my Windows 10 Laptop. Seller was quick to process the complain and the money is back in my account now. Shame returned units are sent as new product to customers, unpleasant situation and again I have to gamble on new external Blueray burner.
