Review: Looks great and worked well (ordered in March 2022) and we were very happy. BUT after about 9 months, during December 2022, the kettle started to leak through its water level window, leaving puddles all over the worktop until I worked out where the water was coming from. No way of returning to Amazon (the returns window closes after 30 days) and Ariete doesn’t appear to offer customer care in the UK. So we had to get a new kettle and I’m still trying to work out how we can exercise our consumer rights to at least have a year’s warranty from Ariete. I’d avoid this brand until they offer customer care in the UK.
