Review: Bought on behalf of a pensioner friend who though was happy with the colour etc. was suprised that it came with a two prong European plug attached! She has decided to keep it as she likes the design/colour and purchase a plug adapter so is able to use It. Are Amazon UK aware of this issue? I contacted customer services who advised that any replacement would also have the same European plug attached! The additional cost of buying an adapter to an already quite expensive toaster is not ideal.
