Review: I received my phone in the time that was scheduled. Once opened it was in immaculate condition, not a single scratch. After setting the phone up everything was fine for a few weeks until I updated to the new iOS software. Unfortunately after this there was a software problem with the phone that meant the phone would turn itself off and on. This is where the 5 stars are earned. I emailed Clover explaining the issue and received an immediate response from them offering me a full refund or a new phone. I took the offer of an exchange as I was extremely happy with the phone until the software problem. They issued me with a free return label and the whole process of returning my phone and receiving my new phone only took a week. My new phone once again was in immaculate condition. I have since set it up and are happy to report no problems. I would have no problems in recommending this company and a special mention for Dan In customer service’s who made the whole process problem free.

Review: The Phone was bought in "Excellent Condition"" category, however its screen was repalced and battery health was around 88 percent. I dont think parts replaced phones should be categorized as Excellent, Very Good perhaps should be more appropraite for such items. Or Parts repalced phones should have clear description upfront as to having a part repalced. In reviews it seems some people are getting "Very Good", Phones with battery health in excess 95% and no parts replaced and than we have above example of a Excellent Condition, one with Battery Health Below 90 % and parts replaced!!
