Review: I've been using APC protectors for a few years. However the last few that I've bought have caused a few issues with the last purchase now being my last APC purchase. It's the power switch, which is not robust. The last x3 APC surge protectors I've had (all x4 or 5 sockets) have had issues with the power switch. One got stuck and couldn't be used - so thrown away. One crackled a lot so I use with caution and tell the kids to leave alone. The last as of today - caused a light show from the switch. Once all unplugged I tested it again and got a crackling. It's simply not safe and does not inspire confidence. Just one year of use. I won't buy again. 14.11.22 - Another of my APC four-ways just started crackling. That's literally x2 APCs that have become potential fire-hazards in the last month.
