Review: I purchased this unit to replace the battery in my APC Smart-UPS 3000 Xl. Per APC website the unit takes a RBC27. Much to my suprise i found this item for sale on amazon. The unit arrived and i discovered it does not fit. The new unit is a couple of inches to big. Not to be stopped, as i need this UPS up and running, i set about dissasembling the new unit in order to put just the batteries into the slot of the UPS. Once i did that i discovered the connector is also the wrong size. So i took apart the old unit and swapped the new batteries for the old. So 15 minutes or so later the UPS is back up and running. Pros: Eventually i got this unit to do what i needed, cost. Cons: Wrong connector and form factor, also only one of the batteries is an APC, the one in the front that you can see, the remainder are a knockoff brand BB something. So if you have a APC Smart-UPS 3000 XL save your self the headache and just buy the batteries outright and swap them your self. If i could give it less stars i would.
