Review: Amazon webpage gives insufficient product details. Universal sockets on the unit are un-shuttered and so do not conform to British standard BS 1363-2. Manual recommends floor placement which means sockets are potentially accessible to pets and children and where items could fall into or be placed into them (eg. paperclip). My unit got quite hot on initial charge, enough to cause concern (+45C on plastic case exterior). Item is also unsuitable for 'sensitive' loads utilising small motors or pumps as it synthesises a stepped, vs a 'pure sine' wave. This can cause abnormal overheating of coils and lower motor efficiency. This feature is not stated on the Amazon webpage and becomes apparent on reading the manual supplied with the unit. Item returned for refund.
