Review: Unit was installed and caused a battery error on UPS. Discovered that several cables were disconnected. To make matters worse, my tech was using his phone as a flashlight and one of the batteries fell out and cracked his screen ($200 repair). Really kind of pissed that the QC of this product was non-existent. Will NOT be using this supplier in the future.
