Review: I absolutely love this chair! It's very easy to assemble, the instructions are very clear and all screws went in super easily. It's amazingly ergonomic and it has a lot of functions that allow you to install the chair (hight etc.) very easily. I also struggle with back pain sitting at a desk all day and since using this chair my back pain has improved so much. I highly reccomend this chair to whoever suffers with back pain. Another really big plus point is that it's very easy to clean, I have a cat that loves to sit on the chair when I don't. From past experiences fabric chairs have been very difficult to clean but this chair is absolutely amazing, the hair come off straight away and you don't even need a hoover. I love that no hair gets stuck in the fabric. Another plus point is the look and the design, it's very pretty and modern looking. I highly reccomend this chair, I've tried many chairs and this is 100% the best one I've ever had.

Review: I have been buying gaming chairs for years from ebay in the 75£ - 100£ range and they're not too bad for a few months until the back becomes super thin and you can feel the metal on your back. However, I decided to invest in a proper chair and did a decent amount of research and noticed this was in the top 10 quite often and it was on the cheaper end when compared to all the other chairs. So that same day I ordered one, got it 2 days later and as I was putting it all together I ran into a problem, when you've put all the screws for the back rest half way in and it's time to tighten, you can tighten every single one except the left side top one, it keeps spinning after getting past 3/4 mark of being in. Eventually after 3-4 tries you've worn out the screw hole and it's never going to go in then. So, I am in the midst of returning my first chair because I thought the assembly team might've messed something up before it got to me. As the 4 screws that are originally in the back rest you have to take out. Anyway, 2 days ago I saw the same chair go on sale from 250£ to about 180£ so I decided to buy another one as I am in the middle of returning the first one for a full refund. It got here today, I went to put it together and I've ran into the exact same problem. Now I'm no genius but I think the problem is the metal plate seen in the picture is not tight/flush against the other metal plate, I can put cardboard in between there, that's how big the gap is. When you're tightening the top one, the plate seems to come towards you instead of tightening like normal and then a click and you've spun the screw back. So after 3-4 tries the hole was worn again, I am currently sitting in it, with only 3 screws out of 4 in the back rest. I am not going to go through the same hassle to return yet another one of these chairs. It is very comfortable and stylish looking I won't lie. However, for 180-250£ you'd think they would sort such simple stuff out. The Ebay cheap chairs I've been buying for years have never had a single problem. If I could go back in time, I would not have bought this chair if I knew I'd run into this problem.
