Review: (I'm 163cm) Pros: + The seat cushion is really comfy + Headrest is a nice addition and pretty comfy + As a small person, seat depth feels perfect + Clear instructions and easy installation Neutral: • Non-adjustable, optional armrests which are fairly low which might not matter as the max height of the chair does not allow the arm rests to even reach the desk but can be easily removed if not needed. Negatives: - Missing one washer - No instructions on how to remove the headrest - Wish the headrest could be adjusted to a lower position - The seat height of the chair is really low - Headrest rattles a fair amount when the chair is nudged a little which could be annoying for some Would probably recommend if you can replace the gas lift for the added height.

Review: 0 Stars if i could. After owning for 1 month its already broken. The chair is too low even on the highest setting. The mechanism is cheap and wobbly, even fully upright it has play and no rigidity. the mesh on the back is held in with cheap staples and a rubber gasket, its already broken from normal use. I bought the 3 year furniture coverage at the same time, lets see if that works because this doesn't DO NOT BUY.
