Review: I have Dell Precision 5540, for some reason devices only show up when connected to dock before plugging dock to laptop. If once the dock is connected, I remove the mouse receiver or memory stick, they will not be detected when reconnected. I need to unplug the dock from TB port on laptop, then reconnect. This happened to me also with the Belkin one. So now I am not sure if it is windows problem, drivers problem, TB problem, dock problem, or DELL problem. Returned the Belkin one, I think I will have to return this one also. I am blaming DELL for this I guess, they are known to only be compatible with their own TB docks. I gave 3 star because I do not know where the problem is.
