Review: I wasn’t sure what to expect given the price but upon arrive the packaging and instructions were very well organized as it was designed in Australia to my surprise. The build quality is great and it worked plug and play besides my weird usb issues with my KVM but everything works as expected the LAN port is full gigabit speeds, the sleep seems to be fine for my setup of usb drives and the power output is as advertised. Definitely works just as well as my other thunderbolt 4 dock for far less cost so I’m hoping it lasts a long time too.

Review: Support is junk, fighting with Amazon to return them. Issues on both M1 and Intel Mac with Thunderbolt 3 and 4. Do not buy this item. Get a more trusted brand.
