Review: Tracks time asleep very well. If getting very low hours, give it some time to update in the morning - you sometimes need to be out of bed and not got back in for it to update. Average pulse compared very well to a wrist / thumb monitor. Didn’t pick up the nuances but the average was accurate and correctly identified nights where my average is significantly higher than normal without having to wear anything.

Review: It's a great monitor, but it is just so flaky at keeping connected. I've got fed up with the number of times it just becomes unresponsive to loses connections and, thus, no monitoring. Also connecting to it directly to the phone for an update, or change settings seems to be like some kind of unreliable magic. The amount of time I've wasted on this is just annoying. Every now and then a reboot seems to get it back working again. I prefer my watch for sleep tracking now. At least it works reliably.
