Review: Nothing wrong with the manufacturer but this bag is used and not a brand new for sure, the bottom came dirty and has plenty sign of use, pads are customised and got loosen and its clearly been used at least for quite a while. This is ridiculous why would I be charged fot something which is used???? IM PRETTY SURE THEY DONT GIVE A SGIT BUT NOT HAPPY AT ALL
