Review: I bought Tefal assuming it was a quality brand and I liked the design of this toaster. Allows you to toast thick slices but the lifter doesn’t go down far enough to evenly toast the whole slice. If you try and fit the bread in the other way round (see photo) it just doesn’t fit. Nice look and features but pretty useless as a toaster. You have to turn the slice round half way through toasting. Very disappointed so might return this product. Used the bread eject button once and the nob fell off. Appears the plastic underneath was already broken when toaster shipped. Tried to return but return window had closed. Do not buy, very flimsy and a waste of money.
