Review: I cannot say I dislike this machine as it's a present for a member of family for Christmas I have a same machine had no problem with mine until I broke spout new spout on order

Review: This product was flawed from the word go. Once the box was opened and the machine was used for the first time it would not produce a full cup of coffee and what was produced was cold!!
