Review: Looks nice but some key design flaws make this the worst product of all time - very heavy so even if filling half way and using several times a day my wrist started to have pain after just a couple of days - the button on the top to open the lid is awkward and barely works if hot, so you have to pick at it to get it open - the steam burns your hand as your pour into the cup, poor seals or something means boiling hot steam rushes out the point right where the handle grip is - not good for a kettle - makes annoying musician sounds - have to press the button twice to boil (I guess so they can make use of the extra noises programmed into it) so many times you think it’s boiling only to discover you didn’t press twice - costs at least 3x more than it should - although even for free this is still too expensive Overall this is the worst product I’ve ever had the displeasure of buying and returning - it’s like a 1st prototype that should never have made it to production
