Review: Expensive but good build. Difficult to fill water tank as you have to pull machine out from under wall cupboards& fully open flap lid. Nice design

Review: It looks fantastic. The coffee does taste better than it did using our old £40 model, which I don't really get being that these all just do the same thing, but it is tasty. The glass pot has a lip, which makes it very hard to empty all the water into the reservoir. Other reviews have said this - some have downplayed it but it is an annoyance. The glass pot also has a lid that comes all the way off. At some point I'm going to forget to put that on in the morning. Seems to lose water. I fill the pot up to 10 cups, pour it in, I get 8 cups once brewed. But if I go over 10 cups to compensate I get a dreadful mess. Ultimately, it looks SO good in our kitchen that I can overlook the negatives, but unless you really want the aesthetic I'd say you get get better for less than half the price.
