Review: I bought this two years ago with high expectations but a number of things have irritated me to the extent that I can only rate it three stars after extensive household use. The extendable tube is only secured at it's greatest length by a small metal rod approx 1/3" long. It regularly falls out and is sucked into the bag. I contact Sebo and they send me two replacements which suffer the same fate. I have now resorted to gaffer tape to secure it in the extended position. Sebo have a different joint in the tube now and they are quite happy to sell me a new pole for £40 but as I paid over £200 in the first place, I think It should be gratis, or at least cheaper than that as it's a design flaw. Suction on anything but the highest setting is neglible. On high, the body of the cleaner heats up to an unacceptable degree after a short period of time. The upholstery cleaner lost it's pads almost as soon as I got the cleaner, a new one only £14 in John Lewis! The revolving head for general use and carpets is easily clogged and then spits out whatever you hoover up, making it's use a waste of time. It should be easily removable to facilitate cleaner but this is not the case, requiring complete disassembly of the head unit to get at it. In summing up, over designed and not as good as my trust Henry, to which I shall return when this thing finally bites the dust. Disappointed.
