Review: So far very pleased. Wanted the downwards opening door which is hard to find. Description of functions slightly awry but never the less ok.

Review: Unfortunately after 3 days I had to return this microwave. I should of paid more attention to numerous reviews on here. When trying the sensor cook for the first time( which was easy to do) the microwave shut off after 15mins of use and wouldn't turn back on until it was stone cold again, leaving my family hangry and the food in the waste bin. Along with the shutting off, while cooking steam would pour out of the door at two points. This created a large puddle on my worktop and I personally think one of the reasons it kept shutting off as steam was coming out of the door by the control panel too. It is a good looking microwave and I loved the way the door dropped down, its just a shame it was not fit for purpose. Samsung customer care were great and the seller was also brilliant dealing with the return.
