Review: I have long thick hair and I love curling it. I initially bought this for the wand for the big waves and the tong as I already have a small wand. I was really excited to try the different barrel attachments and it really didn’t disappoint. The 38mm oval wand heated up extremely quickly (I set it to around 180) which gave natural looking loose curls. I in particular wanted to try these barrel attachments as I have seen some good reviews on the oil which is infused in the barrels. Once I had finished curling my hair it was really shiny and smooth which I guess must be the Argan and coconut oils. I wonder how long this will last on the attachments as it is a great feature. Not having to put any product on my hair before I started curling my hair was an added bonus. Especially as my hair can sometimes get really dry and frizzy. The wand is much better than the one that I already have so I guess I will also be using this. It’s great for a night out or a special occasion when you want more of a defined curl. I haven’t tried the tong attachment yet as the oval wand is perfect for how I like to style my hair. I may give it a try when I have an evening in. The auto shut off feature is good as you have peace of mind if you forget to turn this off as it does automatically switch off after 60 minutes. All in all I’m really happy with my purchase (it is a little pricey but it is worth the extra money) and would recommend this to my friends and family and anyone with long thick hair.

Review: I got these for my wife was was not at all impressed with them. They did heat up very quickly, did have a decent weight to them and they had a long power cable, but that is all I can say that's positive. The actual performance was not great at all with the curls / waves falling straight within 10 min of use. She tried to curl her hair, which is shoulder length, but only manged to get a gentle wave from them which soon fell out. She reapplied the styler only for the same to happen again. Also, as there is no protector on the styler it is very very easy to burn yourself when using them, especially if you are struggling to get any performance from them as she was. Unsurprisingly this is exactly what happened and she was left with a very nasty burn that took a good few weeks to heal. As a result of this, they have been put away and never used again. We were both very, very unimpressed with this product. Avoid.
