Review: User instructions not the easiest to follow (as they are picture only instructions with very little wording) but connected it successfully to my telephone. When using the headset, people on the other end of the phone could barely hear me. After a few times of this happening I decided to return it. However, the company claimed never to have received my return and have now stopped responding to my emails - so still awaiting some form of compensation or a replacement...
