Review: Beautiful toaster, looks amazing in my kitchen and I’ve had loads of compliments. Problem is, is it not made very well, left lever was bent and right lever refuses to go all the way down at times. I’ve asked for a replacement but was sent an email with a plethora of things to do and contacts to made. Not an simple send back at all. If I could go back I would never have purchased.
