Review: This kettle is gorgeous, with a handle that is beautiful to look at and feels great to hold. It actually turns itself off when it comes to the boil, unlike my last kettle (by a different manufacturer) which was a pretty colour, but annoying to use!

Review: Kettle works OK but does not completely drain. When you pour the water out there is always some water left in (even if you take the lid off). The handle has worn and the design has chipped off. I tried to contact Swan directly via email but they said that I need to contact Swan on Amazon, it’s not clear how to do this and I’m unable to response the premature handle peeling to get a replacement.
