Review: The satnav itself has worked well so far and has a number of useful features. The attachment to the carrier is very cleaver as it can power the satnav if you wish. however, when charging with the carrier at home, to gain confidence in the novel connection I accidentally broke the charging device and it came apart. Basically the clamping of the face of the item to the carrier part is not man enough. When removing the satnav from the charging face it is essential to very carefully tilt from the top magnet first and then remove from the second magnet. The magnets are very, very strong. The item is not covered under warranty and one cannot purchase a new one from Mio. Over several weeks I have been sending emails, now on my third person and finally phoned them to get my answer. So super glue came to the rescue and I hope the repair is better than new.
