Review: My best purchase in ages, I’ve always went to the beautician to get my eyebrows waxed but during lockdown I bought this .. took me a while to use it I thought I’d end up taking too much hair off! Once I used it I couldn’t believe how easy it was to use, I also use it for lip and chin hair great buy and saves me money, wish I’d found it sooner

Review: Had high hopes for this but was very let down. Firstly, you have to hold it right in front of your eye to trim the hairs. I have a very cheap version which you hold from the side of your face, so it’s much easier to see where you’re trimming. What’s the point of holding it in front of your eye? Did the makers not user test by using with a mirror? Secondly, it’s not a very accurate to aim for the area you want to remove hair from. The casing around the point means you have to estimate where to place it, so you either don’t trim up to the point you were aiming for or you go too far without realising. The light is pointless-utterly useless. Finally, it doesn’t plunk the hairs, it cuts them - and it doesn’t cut close. This means you end up with lots of tiny cut hairs still visible, and you can feel them around the perimeter of your brows when you run your fingertips backwards over them. Really disappointed with this purchase and would happily lend mine out to anyone thinking of buying so they don’t make the mistake I made.
