Review: My wife and I have been using this toothbrush for two months now. Previously we have used equally expensive sonic toothbrushes by a well-known manufacturer. We're thrilled with it. 1) Our teeth are whiter. 2) It fits comfortably in the hand and it stands on its end without toppling over. 3) It fits nicely in the mouth, isn't too noisy, and is a pleasure to use. I gag easily and was afraid the large brushhead would provoke the gag reflex, but actually I find it much easier to use than my previous toothbrush which had a much smaller head. 4) There is no sign of it needing recharging and there is no sign of wear to the brushhead. I hesitated before buying as the reviews seemed mixed. But I am absolutely delighted with it.

Review: About 20 months since I first bought this, I'm now making my 4th warranty claim. Each time they send a replacement, the device stops working and stops charging after every 3-6 months. Wasted so much of my time filling in the online warranty form with the full details only for the customer service to ask the same questions again via email. What is the point filling in the form if they're going to ask the same questions like my name and address etc. Not only that, I've had to package up the pathetic device 4 times to send it back. Coming up to the end of my 2 year warranty period and I'm now making my 4th claim. I'm going to ask for a partial refund rather than a replacement as I know that they'll just send another dud device. Looking at the reviews here it looks like I'm not the only person experiencing these problems. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEVICE!
