Review: I was quite excited to receive this. The delivery I felt could have been quicker. On receiving the product the seal was all over the place, ended up with pieces of seals trying to put them back in place. The seal must have moved during transport, would have been beneficial to just supply the seal separately. The install was quite easy and straightforward. After install and some use noticed the left side heating elements were working but not the right side. Also the glass scratched so easily on the first day even with careful use. The old Whirlpool hob I had served me well over 5 years, so quite disappointed with this one. Mainly due to the glass, then the defect and third due to the seal which raises the hob and leaves room for dirt to collect. I now need to return this item and wait for a refund.
