Review: Cooks well and very quiet

Review: This is the worst experience I have ever had with Amazon - so much so I am seriously considering cancelling my membership. The oven (as per other reviews ) even though reaches temperature seems to take alot longer to cook anything - and you have to increase the cooking times. Then the cooker fan stopped working when turned on - I went through Amazon who assured me I would get a refund - DEC 15th goes to AO - today is the 24th and I have just had an email saying they will attend for a repair on the 31st DEC and may cost me £54 if no fault "as the fan does cut out??" - as advised by Amazon - rather than be without a cooker and unable to cook christmas dinner - I bought a new cooker. AO s alterative would be - not being able to cook Christmas dinner and being , without the full use of the cooker for 15 days. I have always been happy with the standard of service from Amazon - it should be made clear that the same standard isn't expected from Marketplace
