Review: The media could not be loaded. The delivery guys were fantastic! They said they couldn’t get it through the front but we have french opening doors at the back, I didn’t even think about the width of the back gate however! Oops! Ended up having to take the back gate off to get the item in. With packaging it was over the usual standard door frame with wise so be aware of that if you order this item. Love the fridge freezer, can choose your own temp for each freezer section which is handy. It looks really snazzy and high end spec so certainly worth the cost. Only thing I would change is one of the doors falls closed but I think that’s cause I couldn’t level it properly on my own, they supply little black claps to aid levelling the doors but no good explanation on how they attach to the door hinge so I’ve left them off, this could solve the swinging closed issue if I knew how to do it. Review: Listen I would consider a significant refund to cover getting the item fixed and the hassle factor of not having the item sold as described in the Amazon page. Brand new it was advertised as and it is covered in scratches. Who removed the blue protective coating which would have stopped this
