Review: The big buttons make it easy to dial, it looks very stylish. The only down side is the manual/operating booklet. Whilst being very clear and concise it took two of us to setup the basic functions, one reading and one carrying out the spoken instructions, but we only added the easy functions. I’m sure in a few days of using the product will get us used to it. Don’t let our inadequacies prevent you buying this well made and nice to handle product.

Review: We have used a Gigaset C620 with 4 handsets for several years and have been very pleased with them all. Unfortunately one of the handsets recently stopped working so I carefully looked for a compatible replacement. The Amazon description of this item states "Just connect the phone to the E560A base station OR ANY OTHER Gigaset phone system (my emphasis). It was relatively easy to pair with the base station but I had to copy the saved numbers and individually set up the date and time. Also, if a call is answered on another handset the red light flashes on this one and it shows as an unanswered call. All relatively minor irritations but they are irritating, hence only 3 stars. If anyone can explain to me how to bind it properly to the base station I will happily give it 5 stars.
