Review: Purchased this 3 years 2 months ago to do one job, was brilliant and did what I wanted in 30 mins. I now went to use it again and within 10 mins it stops working, I think the motor has blown. I contacted the Bosch service desk and they just couldn’t be bothered, one line answer basically telling me they cannot help. What a joke, lasted 40 mins. I might as well have purchased a cheap brand and could not have lasted much less time. Do not waste your money buy another brand.

Review: Seems a decent little tool/engraver, but can get hot if on high for long periods when engraving. Delivery wasn’t very good for me as the wrong order was sent. I spent a lot of time emailing & trying to get the correct order delivered. Then I was told I wasn’t in for my delivery when I clearly was & I had waited in all day with my door ajar. I was more or less called a liar! I got the correct order eventually. Thought Dremel may have sent me an extra little tool as compensation, but hey! What’s good customer service to some company’s theses days, especially the big ones!!
