Review: Quick, easy to use and the coffee is hot. There is also a good selection of drinks available to buy. I have also used it for hot water to make tea rather than boiling a kettle.

Review: I was maybe unlucky but the first machine I received had marks on the outer casing so was sent back. The second one was received promptly. The machine is very plasticy and lightweight. (It's Nescafe predecessor was a solidly made machine). The instructions are less than clear and I only once managed to get a hot drink from it. There is no 'bin' provided to put the used pods in - a feature on the last one - and the mug rest is very small meaning any sizeable mug cannot be fitted either on the tray under the spout or on the space at the bottom. I am now in the process of seeking out a like for like replacement for my old machine which I will continue to use even though it sometimes piddles on the unit.
