Review: Best blender I’ve tried so far

Review: Pretty disgusted to receive yet another faulty product - nothing is quality checked before being despatched these days. Unpacked the blender which looked great, with impressive heavy, glass jug. Filled with a little warm soapy water to wash before use (as directed) and test. As soon as I placed the jug on the base water simply poured out of the bottom all over the machine. I believe there was no seal in the base. It's not my job to fix these things - which I may have been able to do, so returned. So, that's phone call, emails, printing a return label, parcel tape, two lots of postage plus original packing for what? How does anyone make a profit when so many goods are faulty.
