Review: Needed to replace same phone as have used it before. Easy to use and user friendly. Can anyone advise if the cable attached to the hand receiver can be bought separately.? On my old one the 3 coloured wires going into the handset cracked hence the whole instrument was redundant.

Review: 200 memories - great idea. Fairly easy programming facility. Problems: 1. When entering data it tells you it is ready to move to the next digit or letter before it actually is ready. 2. When you press address book make sure it actually comes up. Often it needs a couple of presses. 3. You can key in the first letter of the name and after a few seconds it will come up with all the names under that letter - in theory. Most of the time mine refused to do this correctly unless I entered first and second letters. 4. You can input numbers manually, but make sure the phone has actually started to obey your commands. Quite often you find you have ended up with half a number. 5. The dial tones are a bit of a joke and not suitable for an office. I would not recommend anyone to buy this until BT has sorted out the glitches.
